TOX treatment on neck bands, also known as platysmal bands, involves injecting a small amount of neuroTOXins into the muscles that cause the bands to form. These bands are the result of aging, sun damage, and genetics, and can make the neck appear aged and saggy.
The TOX works by relaxing these muscles and smoothing out the appearance of the neck bands. This leads to a more youthful and rejuvenated look that can last for several months.

Dysport is a local muscle relaxant (or neuromuscular blocking agent) adapted from the botulinum neuromodulator type-A and is used in aesthetic indications.
Xeomin® is made through a unique precision manufacturing process called XTRACT Technology™, that uses two filtration steps to isolate the therapeutic component of the molecule and removes the complexing/unnecessary proteins that don’t play an active role in treatment. Xeomin® is a double filtered neurotoxin.
It generally takes 7 to 14 days to take full effect. It’s best to avoid alcohol starting at least 1 week before the procedure. You should also stop taking aspirin and anti-inflammatory medications 2 weeks before treatment to help prevent bruising.
Avoid rubbing the injection site for 24 hours so you don’t spread the TOX to another area.
