They offered me a free facial through Instagram and then canceled my appt without notice. Judging from the last review, that’s maybe for the best! (Nashville Location)

I should have known from the prices being so cheap the service would be awful. My appointments would constantly get cancelled for no reason and then the call center would scramble to get me my original appointment times. The nurses are not well trained, I got half syringe lip filler and it was completely uneven, huge noticeable difference on one side of my lip. Then they only put 10 units in my forehead after I asked to have no movement, within 2 weeks I still had complete movement and then they told me I would have to pay after they didn’t put enough or listen. And the pricing is never what it is on the website, once you’re inside they say it costs more. I’ve been in the medical esthetics industry for almost 10years so I’m not a newbie. Do not go here!!

Had my minimalist facial with Sofia and it was one of the best facials I have had! She is so sweet and easy to talk to. As she was applying products she used a massage technique that felt great. Very happy that I had her!
