Pushy and insincere

The actual injector was great and my results have been mostly what I wanted.

That’s being said, the person they have come speak to you before hand (aesthetic advisor or some title I can’t remember) was so condescending, judgy and pushy, basically calling me out for everything that is wrong with my face. I didn’t disagree with the assessment, but I felt like they were trying to sell me Herbalife - it was so pushy. So much so, they lied and said the price for collagel would only be $699 that day, when I know that was the price it had been everytime I looked online. Those terrible sales tactics made the experience feel so cheap. Although my results were good enough, I’ll be sticking to my previous Med Spa.
