I have been getting Botox for over 10 years. I recently moved to Newport Beach. I needed to find a new injector. I took advantage of this online offer and pre-purchased when I arrived. I noticed there was an extremely large amount of people in the waiting room and continued to pass throughquickly almost too quickly I sat for two hours in the waiting room before they realize they had made a mistake and overlooked me after my facial. I did not mind that as they were very busy I have never had more than 50 units in my face and they insisted I needed an additional 10 I trusted. And I purchased the additional units in office when I got home and as the days followed and today being day 14, I realize my face was so overfilled that my eyelids are so heavy. I have to lift them to even put make up on. I am only 42 years old that is unacceptable, I don’t mind paying for my services so I don’t need to be pressured when I’m already sitting in the chair just so they can make a little extra money only to overfill my phase. I would’ve been a long-term permanent customer on a regular basis and unfortunately, I believe what we have here is just your one and done they’re not concerned with your future or the outcome.

I feel the product u insert on me is weak I always feel cheated

I pre-pay 30 units online when I got to the appointment. The lady said that I only needed 10 units. This is the second time I gotten tox, The first time I got tox at poke me pretty I got 55 units and my forehead looked amazing Like baby skin, this time I went to naked received 10 units, after weeks, my forehead looks the same. I still can lift my eyebrows. I can still frown. You can still see wrinkles. I am so upset. I’m going back to poke pretty even though it’s more expensive I prefer paying more and getting amazing results than making time for an appointment and driving 40 minutes to Scottsdale to look the same, I just don’t understand why she couldn’t put the 30 units? This is unacceptable. The worst part is that I still have one more treatment to get done at this facility, I hope they do a better job this time.

I’ve had tox at other places but hands down the injections here stung the most! I don’t know they use bigger needles but wow! And I bruised for 4 days after that. Great aesthetic place though.
