A NSNJ does not remove volume from the nose or shorten it.

Update!!! Just got my crows feet, forehead, and nose wrinkles completed by Nick, and he was sooooo gentle. I barely felt a thing. #SHOOK I love coming to NakedMD, not just because it is so aesthetically pleasing, but because the employees are SO welcoming and thoughtful. They are all really educated and they know their stuff. You could literally see any nurse. They will make you look like YOU, but better. Do not worry about looking frozen, because they are soooo gentle and can be as minimally invasive as you want can't wait for my next facial!!!!
