This is not about the people helping but about the disappointment in my service because the results were not as expected..

I did have to wait for a while because she had consultations first that lasted longer.
My injector was sweet. It was after that the results were so minimal and it was the first time trying this type of injectable. They suggested I try something else next time if I was unhappy. The other med spa i used to go to but it’s far would fix it.

I did make an appt for something different for the next time ash’s hopefully it will be better.

I had an amazing Experience at this location. I got A half syringe of filler in my lips and Botox + brow lift. The team at the front desk was informative and kind. Francis is a Wonder Woman!! She talked me through the procedure start to finish. She was very gentle and took her time to ensure the best results. I’m over the moon with how everything settled and will definitely be back. I switched from Beverly Hills Med Spa to NAKED in April and am so happy I did. Their bedside manner and professionalism at NAKED is top tier. I’ve tried four different med spas / clinics but 10/10 recommend NAKED, especially for first timers.

I have been coming to NakedMD Newport for several years and they are always super kind and helpful. The only pit falls are the wait times (seems like they overbook). I typically get forehead neurotoxins and/or brow lift. My injector provides great foresight as to any services I am considering and what may work best for me.

Went in for an eyebrow lift and wow the staff was so sweet and answered all the questions I had. Made me feel very special. Thank you!
