You purchase the membership, they will raise the price and make you pay MORE for your tox than everyone else!! HOW DOES THAT MAKE SENSE ??!! DONT DO IT, THEY WILL CHARGE YOU WHSTEVER THEY WANT!!!

I purchased the membership when it first came out over a year ago. Within two months, they changed the terms and it seems they continually do so without any notice. Also, be aware, even though I specifically requested Dysport at all of my visits, I recently learned that they were using Xeomin. I’ve cancelled my membership as they are very deceptive.

Tox membership that many people are under the impression is Botox. When you get to the office they casually let you know it’s a product called Xenomin. Then if you have pre-purchased units online, the girls try to upsell you to buy more units saying it won’t be enough for your face without even having a proper consultation. It just comes off as super sales driven & not focused on a personal customer experience. The injector I had was very nice though, & she seemed a lot less pushy on trying to sell you units of products! Please train your staff to be more knowledgeable & professional on what each customer needs instead of just pushing products & units. For a lot of us this isn’t our first time getting injections of any kind & we don’t want to feel like we are being pushed to pay for more stuff especially if we didn’t ask for it

Whenever I get a consultation the girls just throw out random procedures to try. They don't look at my face. They say "let's try this" but can't explain the procedure. They can't tell me how many units of Botox I'm getting or recommend alternatives. Your front office staff needs to be trained more. The nurse injectors on the other hand are very skilled. That is the only reason I have kept my membership
