Membership: NakedMD Members Club
Monthly Membership Fee: $9.99 per month
Cancellation Fee: $0
Eligible Locations: Participating NakedMD studios, subject to location-specific availability, state law, provider availability, and applicable medical requirements.
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your enrollment and participation in the NakedMD Members Club membership program (“Membership”). By enrolling in the Membership, submitting payment information, or using any Membership benefit, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.
1. Membership Overview
The Membership is a recurring monthly membership program that provides eligible members access to discounted pricing on select NakedMD treatments and retail skincare products, subject to these Terms.
The Membership does not guarantee treatment eligibility, treatment availability, specific results, appointment availability, or access to any particular provider, product, brand, or service.
2. Monthly Fee and Automatic Renewal
By enrolling in the Membership, you authorize NakedMD to charge your selected payment method $9.99 per month on a recurring monthly basis until the Membership is canceled.
Your Membership will begin on the date of enrollment and will continue on a month-to-month basis unless and until canceled by you or terminated by NakedMD in accordance with these Terms.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Membership fees are non-refundable once charged.
You are responsible for keeping your payment information current. If your payment method is declined, expired, unavailable, or otherwise cannot be charged, NakedMD may suspend or terminate your Membership and Membership benefits until payment is successfully processed.
3. Membership Benefits
While your Membership is active and in good standing, you may receive access to the following member pricing and benefits, subject to availability, medical eligibility, provider discretion, and these Terms.
A. TOX Member Pricing
Members may receive eligible TOX treatments at $6.99 per unit for the following eligible treatment areas:
- Frown lines
- Forehead
- Crow’s feet
- Masseters
- Underarms
- Trapezius
- Calves
TOX treatments under the Membership are available with Xeomin, Dysport, and Letybo only. Botox-branded treatments are not included in the standard TOX member pricing and may be subject to additional charges.
B. TOX Specialty Areas
The following TOX specialty areas may be available to Members at $79 per specialty area, subject to provider discretion and availability:
- Brow Lift
- Gummy Smile
- Chin Dimpling
Specialty areas are not included in the $6.99 per-unit TOX pricing unless expressly stated by NakedMD in writing.
C. Filler Member Pricing
Members may receive access to the following filler member pricing, subject to product availability, treatment eligibility, provider discretion, and applicable law:
- Lip Filler — Versa: $279 per syringe
- Lip Filler — Juvéderm Ultra XC: $379 per syringe
- Chin Filler — Radiesse 1.0cc: $299 per syringe
- Hand Filler — Hyperdiluted Radiesse: $499 per treatment
- Neck Filler — Hyperdiluted Radiesse: $499 per treatment
Additional filler brands, products, quantities, or treatment areas may be subject to different pricing or additional charges.
D. Specialty, Biostimulator, and Regenerative Treatments
Members may receive access to select specialty treatment pricing, including but not limited to:
- Naked Glow+ — Radiesse + PRF: $499 per treatment
- Naked Glow — Sculptra + PRF: $599 per treatment
- CollaGEL: $499 per treatment
- CollaGEL Eye: $399 per treatment
- CollaGEL + Titi Lift: $599 per treatment
- Undereye PRF: $199 as an add-on or eligible treatment, as offered
- Hair PRF: $99 as an add-on or eligible treatment, as offered
Treatment names, protocols, products, pricing, and availability may vary by studio, provider, and state.
E. Skincare Benefit
Members may receive 10% off retail skincare products in studio only.
This skincare discount is not valid for online purchases unless expressly stated by NakedMD in writing. The skincare discount may not be combined with other discounts, promotions, rewards, packages, or offers unless expressly permitted by NakedMD.
F. No Free Facial Benefits
The current Membership does not include free facials, free birthday facials, free SaltFacials, or free Minimalist Facials unless NakedMD separately offers such benefit in writing as part of a specific promotion.
4. Exclusions and Limitations
Membership benefits are personal to the enrolled Member and are non-transferable.
Membership benefits may not be shared, assigned, gifted, resold, transferred, or used by any person other than the enrolled Member.
Membership benefits have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash, credit, refunds, account balances, or gift cards.
Membership pricing applies only to the eligible services and areas expressly listed by NakedMD. Areas or services not listed as eligible Membership benefits are excluded unless NakedMD expressly states otherwise in writing.
Excluded or separately priced TOX areas may include, without limitation, Lip Flip, Nasal Flare, Nasal Droop, Jelly Rolls, Bunny Lines, DAO, and any other specialty or advanced TOX area not expressly included in the current Membership price list.
Promotional offers, vendor rebates, manufacturer rewards, gift cards, packages, referral credits, and other discounts may not be combined with Membership benefits unless expressly permitted by NakedMD.
5. Nevada Location Limitation
Nevada locations may be subject to additional restrictions. NakedMD’s current TOX membership product page states that Nevada locations do not offer partial syringes or sell toxins by the unit in accordance with Nevada medical laws. Accordingly, member pricing, treatment structure, and service availability may differ at Nevada locations.
6. Medical Eligibility and Provider Discretion
All treatments are subject to consultation, medical evaluation, informed consent, provider availability, and professional judgment.
NakedMD providers, nurses, injectors, medical directors, and other licensed professionals retain the right to refuse, modify, limit, delay, or discontinue any treatment if, in their professional judgment, the treatment is not medically appropriate, may be excessive, may create an unsafe result, or may not be in the best interest of the Member’s health, safety, anatomy, treatment history, or desired outcome.
Membership does not entitle a Member to receive any specific number of units, syringes, treatments, products, or procedures.
Aesthetic medicine is not an exact science. Results vary by individual, and no specific result, duration, outcome, or level of correction is guaranteed.
7. Appointment Scheduling, Cancellations, and No-Shows
Membership does not guarantee appointment availability. Appointments are subject to provider schedules, studio availability, treatment availability, and applicable medical requirements.
Appointment cancellations, rescheduling, late arrivals, and no-shows are subject to NakedMD’s then-current appointment cancellation policy. NakedMD’s posted Terms and Conditions state that it has a 24-hour appointment cancellation policy and that failure to show up for a scheduled appointment may result in forfeiture of prepaid services booked.
8. Membership Cancellation
You may cancel your Membership at any time. There is no cancellation fee.
To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation will stop future recurring Membership charges but will not automatically refund Membership fees already charged, unless required by applicable law.
Cancellation of the Membership does not cancel scheduled appointments. You remain responsible for canceling or rescheduling appointments separately in accordance with NakedMD’s appointment cancellation policy.
NakedMD may provide cancellation methods online, by email, by phone, in studio, or through another method made available to Members. If you enroll online, NakedMD should provide an online cancellation method as required by applicable law.
9. Refunds
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, Membership fees, products, service packages, and prepaid treatments are non-refundable once purchased.
NakedMD’s posted Refund Policy states that no refunds are made for products, service packages, or prepaid treatments once purchased, and that unused prepaid service credit may be extended on a prorated basis in certain circumstances.
10. Changes to Membership, Pricing, Benefits, or Terms
NakedMD may modify, update, suspend, or discontinue the Membership, these Terms, Membership pricing, eligible services, treatment areas, products, brands, discounts, or benefits at any time, subject to applicable law.
Where required by law, NakedMD will provide advance notice of material changes, including changes to recurring Membership fees or automatic-renewal terms.
Your continued Membership after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms, unless otherwise required by law.
11. Suspension or Termination by NakedMD
NakedMD may suspend or terminate your Membership or refuse service at any time, subject to applicable law, including but not limited to the following circumstances:
- Failure to pay Membership fees or other amounts owed
- Violation of these Terms
- Misuse, sharing, resale, or attempted transfer of Membership benefits
- Fraudulent, abusive, threatening, disruptive, or inappropriate conduct
- Conduct that interferes with NakedMD staff, providers, patients, operations, or safety
- Medical, legal, regulatory, or safety concerns
- Any other reason permitted by applicable law
Termination of Membership may result in immediate loss of Membership benefits.
12. Privacy and Medical Information
By enrolling in the Membership or receiving services from NakedMD, you acknowledge that NakedMD may collect, use, maintain, and disclose personal information and health information in accordance with its Privacy Policy, Notice of Privacy Practices, treatment consents, and applicable law.
NakedMD’s Privacy Policy states that it maintains records of care and services and describes how protected health information may be used and disclosed.
13. Communications
By providing your contact information, you authorize NakedMD to contact you regarding your Membership, appointments, transactions, account, treatment information, and related services.
Marketing communications, including SMS or email marketing, may be subject to separate consent requirements and opt-out rights. Consent to marketing texts should not be required as a condition of Membership purchase unless permitted by applicable law.
14. Relationship to Other NakedMD Terms
These Membership Terms supplement NakedMD’s general Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, treatment consents, and any other policies or agreements applicable to your use of NakedMD services.
In the event of a conflict between these Membership Terms and NakedMD’s general website terms, these Membership Terms will control solely with respect to Membership pricing and benefits, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
15. Acceptance of Terms
By enrolling in the Membership, submitting payment information, maintaining an active Membership, or using any Membership benefit, you acknowledge and agree that:
- You have read and understand these Terms.
- Your Membership automatically renews monthly until canceled.
- You authorize NakedMD to charge your payment method $9.99 per month until canceled.
- Membership benefits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Treatments are subject to medical eligibility, provider discretion, and availability.
- Membership pricing, benefits, and Terms may change as permitted by applicable law.
If you do not agree to these Terms, do not enroll in the Membership or use Membership benefits.
