It’s been 19 days since my appointment for forehead tox and lip filler, and overall, my experience was mixed.
I’m very happy with my Tox results. I got the smooth, frozen look that I personally prefer, and my brow arch stayed exactly where I wanted it. In the past, other med spas have altered my brow shape more than I’d like, so I was really pleased that didn’t happen here.
The lip filler, however, wasn’t exactly what I was hoping for. While Jennifer did a great job making my lower lip slightly fuller than my upper lip, just as I requested, my upper lip lacks the definition I wanted. Specifically, I was hoping for a more pronounced vermilion border and a defined Cupid’s bow, but instead my upper lip looks a bit rounder and softer than expected.
That said, this may have been a communication issue on my part. Jennifer was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout the appointment. Looking back, I think bringing a reference photo would have helped me better explain the look I was going for. A friend who was with me showed a photo for her own appointment, and her Cupid’s bow came out beautifully defined, which is the aesthetic I had in mind.
This was my first visit to this med spa and only my second time getting lip filler (my first was about four years ago). I’m not sure if I’d return specifically for filler, but I would absolutely come back for Tox. Jennifer did an excellent job with that, and I’m very happy with those results.

I pre ordered online lips and tox. When I got there I changed my mind about just the tox. That day they said I needed to go online and refund myself. Well that’s extremely difficult or not possible so I’ve lost a lot of money for nothing. Naked MD. I SHOULD NOT have to refund myself when it is this hard. Lame I’m going somewhere else this time.

Having been a previous user of a well known treatment, I was skeptical at first when the Forehead Tox results weren’t seen in the first week. The results came in the second week- stronger and more pleasing than the other product I’d used previously. If anyone reading this is second guessing Forehead Tox, try it! You won’t be disappointed…. And tell your consultant from the gate you don’t want to be upsold. The only down side of my experience with NakedMD is the persistent consultant trying to upsell, including using their personal opinions of aesthetics that were offensive.

During the Botox, the provider performed only 7 injection points. When I questioned this and reminded them that I had requested 15 units, I was told that each injection point was equivalent to 2 units.
I recommend that future clients carefully verify the number of units being administered and ask for clear documentation of the treatment provided before signing any confirmation forms. In my experience, I left with concerns about whether I received the full amount of treatment?
