Your points balance is always visible on the Rewards tab within the NAKEDᴹᴰ app. You can also ask at the front desk on your next visit — we're happy to pull it up for you.
What can I redeem my points for?
You can redeem them to unlock discount codes off your purchases, or you can redeem them for free products from us. Once you've earned enough points to unlock a free product/service, just redeem it to receive a coupon code that lets you claim the item at checkout.
How do I redeem my points?
Once you've earned enough points for the reward you want, just head to the Rewards Club link on the NAKEDᴹᴰ website and tap "Redeem" on a service or use the slider to redeem a discount code. You'll be shown a code that you can apply online toward your visit or treatment.
Do redeemed rewards expire?
Once you've redeemed your points for a service, that redemption doesn't expire. So even if life gets busy, your reward will be waiting for you whenever you're ready to book.
Do my points expire?
Yes your points expire 12 calendar months after they're added to your account. We recommend using them to redeem a discount code or service before their expiration date so you can get the most out of them.
Are point redemptions final?
Yes, once points are redeemed, the redemption is final and cannot be reversed. We recommend double-checking your selection before confirming a redemption in the app.

Terms & conditions are subject to change without notice. Loyalty program membership is open to registered customers only. All rewards, credits, and redeemable offers are valid for online booking and purchases only and cannot be applied in-clinic at the time of service. Rewards and credits are redeemable only toward services and products explicitly listed on the loyalty program page; no other services, treatments, or products are eligible for redemption. Rewards and credits have no cash value and are non-transferable. Credits cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, or offers. Earned rewards expire 12 months from the date of issue unless otherwise specified. NAKEDᴹᴰ reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the loyalty program, including eligible redemption items, at any time without prior notice. Membership benefits are non-transferable and may not be shared between accounts.
