Your points balance is always visible on the Rewards tab within the NAKEDᴹᴰ app. You can also ask at the front desk on your next visit — we're happy to pull it up for you.

Once you've earned enough points to unlock a free product, just redeem it to receive a coupon code that lets you claim the item at checkout — at no cost.

Once you've earned enough points for the reward you want, just head to the Rewards tab in the NAKEDᴹᴰ app and tap "Redeem." You'll receive a code that you can apply in studio toward your visit or treatment. Easy as that.

Yes — you can stack multiple service redemptions on the same visit. Bring a few rewards along and make the most of your appointment.

Once you've redeemed your points for a service, that redemption doesn't expire. So even if life gets busy, your reward will be waiting for you whenever you're ready to book.

Yes. Your membership works at every NAKEDᴹᴰ studio nationwide. Earn points at one location, redeem them at another — your rewards travel with you.

Yes your points expire 12 calendar months after they're added to your account. We recommend using them toward purchases or redemptions before their expiration date so you can get the most out of them.

Yes, once points are redeemed, the redemption is final and cannot be reversed. We recommend double-checking your selection before confirming a redemption in the app.
